We accept debit/credit cards only. How it works, is after you submit your order, you’ll be sent a payment link within 5-20 minutes through text. Make the payment, then your order is complete.
USPS Priority takes 2-3 days on average. USPS Express is 1-2 days on average. If we ship on the same day you order, you can expect your order to arrive within that window of time. We cannot always get the order out the same day if you order later on in the day (after 2 pm MST). Also, we do not ship Saturdays and Sundays so if you order on a Saturday or Sunday you will have to wait until the following Monday for your order to ship. It is best to order earlier on in the day and before weekends for the fastest delivery time. USPS delays may also vary but usually, they are pretty fast.
Yes, we test for alkaloid content as well as contaminants. We do our best to update product descriptions with this information and each product label contains a lot number for reference.
It is as simple as it sounds. No gimmicks or catch. If you are unsatisfied with the Kratom you receive for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. We do require you to return the product to us before we process your refund.

The sooner you let us know, the better chances we have of correcting the address. If your package has already shipped, we will certainly work towards a solution case by case. Just be sure to let our support team know ASAP!
If you track your shipment on USPS.com you may see a “pre-shipment” or “package acceptance pending” status. This is normal and it may take 24-48 hours to update and show progress. In some cases you may not see updates for 2 days, especially during holiday season. Do not be alarmed! The USPS tracking status is notorious for inaccuracies and often does not show the true whereabouts of the package. Please be patient – we will make sure that you receive your package. If 5 days have passed since your order was shipped and the tracking status on USPS.com appears to be “stuck” please email us at email@example.com
So you received an email from us confirming delivery, you went to your door, and it’s nowhere to be found…Don’t be alarmed! This happens more often than you’d think. Take a deep breath and start to think…Is it possible your neighbors received it by accident? Did someone who lives with you receive it and forget to tell you? Check with them first. If possible try to track down your mail carrier and ask them if they recall delivering your package.
If you try all of these things and it still hasn’t turned up then it’s possible that USPS marked your package as being delivered before it was actually delivered. In cases like these USPS will usually deliver the package with the next day’s mail. In some cases it might even come 2 or 3 days later. It’s very rare for a package to get lost so please be patient!
We usually email a shipping confirmation email less than 24 hours after an order is placed. Keep in mind that the post office is closed on Sundays and there are also several postal holidays each year. If we are not able to ship your order because the post office is closed then you will not receive your tracking information until the following day.
It’s also possible that you did not receive your tracking information because you entered your email incorrectly (with a typo) when you checked out. If you think this is the case please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
After you have requested a refund on the contact page, the service rep will respond with a confirmation. We may request for you return the product first, in that case, the rep will email you instruction on how to do so.
File a claim with USPS. You will need to retain the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled (usually 30 days). You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office for inspection later.
